    Cheap would still be a very costly exercise if the plant can't produce the goods at a market pleasing rate & cost so with your guess of $2 that works out to be about $350 million.
    $350 million for a plant that may be firing blanks....
    Still as I've said before if they can finally deliver what's been promised then we are in for a major rerate
