I found the announcement disappointing from 2 points of view.
1. Now that I have read the announcement I can't see why we couldn't have got it by last Friday, as expected by the market.
2. There was no clarification of important questions posed to PL in emails since the last update. Namely: (a) to please clarify whether "Bengenyama communities", referred to in the updates includes the Bengenyama Ye-Maswazi Tribal Council, who was the successful applicant in the ConCourt case, and not just Bengenyama Ye-Maswati Royal Council, who was already on Nkwe's side, and (b)to please respond African Rainbow Minerals Limited announcement to the market that no agreement has been reached in the past or present with any party in relation to any matter concerning the Modikwa Deeps properties".

Failure to meet deadlines and address market concerns does not inspire me with any confidence in this company. And I say this despite being a significant holder.
