If you had the chance of watching the news last Friday, a General with his men or troops went out and just "Raped 50 Women" in Congo......
You would be stupid not to pick up that "there is no rule of law" still in that part of the world....
So how would you be 100% sure of the foreign investment not to be screwed during the course of the deal guys....
I own sizeable SDL shares, and just dumped it... and I spent almost 5 years since 2005 on overseas mining investments on risky countries....it is very hard to play "fair deals" on these countries with no definte rule of law...
