Oh right, but you can assume that the problem is that they just haven't found the right person. There's zero basis for that assumption because we simply haven't been told. Lets not forget they had Mo doing the 2 jobs for a long, long time and where did that get us? A lot of years lost on our path towards commercialization IMO.
I dont think they appreciate the importance of it and therefore haven't given it the priority it deserves. They did it with Mo and now they think they can get away with doing it again. But the market is punishing us for it IMO. Have you noticed we're back in the 30s? That's because of old habits IMO. Look, winning the confidence of the market and maintaining the confidence of holders is key for a company like this and you get that by visibly demonstrating to the market that you're continually hitting runs. That's the job of the CEO, which we dont have and haven't t had for 8 MONTHS. They need to fix this NOW!
