As far as denigrating Tom Plant goes there’s another side to that story Handy .

He’s very highly regarded amongst business circles and as far as Firefinch goes, he was hired there as of 23/08/21 tomrransition the company .. and he did this job and then left .
AVL is lucky to have him!

Less than a year later the demerger occurred:
https://api.investi.com.au/api/announcements/lll/1327f611-53b.pdf
“On 9 June 2022 (Implementation Date), Firefinch transferred 80% (or a total of 843,739,904) of the ordinary issued shares in Leo Lithium to its shareholders(each shareholder receiving 1 Leo Lithium share for every 1.4 Firefinch shares held). Firefinch retained 20% (or 210,941,543) of the shares in Leo Lithium”
I note he has also represented AVL expertly overseas in presentations and meetings in high level political and business circles as evidenced in past posts here on HC.
Further - as well as likely dealing with the consolidation and capital raise issues pending for AVL he’s probably the main voice in steering this company towards the best financial outcome in any other funding/offtake arrangements .
That you should accuse him of being a “criminal” is extremely naive in my opinion and libellous as well .
As far as the belief her that executive staff ARE just sitting quietly and expensively in their carton ‘waiting to be turned on’ well that’s an absolute myth as well and furthermore if they were all to be sacked then who will take this company forward ?
You think top tier executives knowledgeable in this field able to work with an unknown team are a dime a dozen in this environment ?
Bah!
I hold shares in a company that was brought to its knees priced at under 8c a share for a while in 2016 .
The only reason the administrators were not called in was the relationship the CFO had with banks and his real ability to be convincing to a number of real people at those banks .
Moreover as success grew to this company, the CEO noted that no matter how bad times got, he held onto his key people!
He attributed this to the company’s rapid rise from the ashes.
@Ianwil is right
“The only real debate is why is our SP only 1.3 cents. None of the other rubbish matters.”
Trying to blame the people who work here from a position of ignorant arrogance is crybaby venting IMO - ditto getting inflamed by someone who doesn’t hold shares and clearly has an agenda to discredit .
