When you consider the fact that China is the biggest importer of Tungsten concentrate if you took them out of the equation it might even go the other way. Having said that China converts said Tungsten concentrate into the alloys/carbide/tools that it then provides to the western world. If china stopped exporting those to the western world there would be a shock as the western world does not have the capacity to handle its own demand even if it did pick up 100% of the western tungsten concentrate supply.
There has been a small increase in price.
