CSR - it is hard to know where to begin in relation to your email to Neil.
I guess my overarching comment would be if you expect a credible response maybe ask some intelligent questions that would solicit one!
Statements like "your credibility is in the toilet" are inflammatory and are merely your own personal perceptions (and maybe a few of your friends). Best you probably state that next time.
Your investment losses are really not Neil's issue - you are demanding accountability from NY yet blaming him and everyone else for your poor investment decisions.
I would be curious to understand your investment thesis on both occasions - was the second dip merely a desperate ploy to recover your losses the first time round - if so you have done it for the wrong reasons.
As JM points out its a risky game and you need to be prepared to lose all your money in these types of companies - if you don't have the risk appetite, an EFT might be better for you!
