Please note we had noted on the home page the extension of the Offer Period to 28 February 2011 along with the Supplementary Prospectus. But in order to be consistent, we are uploading a company announcement on 24 December regarding the extension.

With regard to Sofcom Ltd, please refer to the announcement on 9 November 2010 http://www.bluechiip.com/media-releases.html which discloses OUR descision to walk away from the RTO with Sofcom and go to a straight IPO.
