Looks like Crawford is nearing approval completion with everything submitted, and financing advanced discussions. Looking back at the PFS done on a A$2900 & C1 AISC is $1,777 (29.3k oz, 80% recovery), it HAD a pre-CAPEX undiscounted cashflow of A$24.6M.
At say A$4500 this equates to $63.8m less $13.2m lending, A$50.6m free cash flow less royalties, tax, interest etc. In addition they have identified more material to the north (Miranda), plus the deposit is 117.8k oz resource.
At around $5m market cap - are you kidding?
