Spot on. I'm beginning to think that strategic partnership negotiations have fallen apart, because this just feels like a panicky, "let's buy some more time" type raise. I hope I'm wrong and there's at least a sliver of good news in this move, but I'm not seeing the motive right now. Once again, CE also managed to achieve the worst possible timing for a TH, with peers bouncing hard today.
I'll have to keep an eye out for another shit interview on Rock-Stock Channel over the weekend. I'm looking forward to another round of CE looking tired and uncomfortable, and Howard Klein and Rodney Hooper both looking shell-shocked and asking stupid questions.
