agreement for development of 30mw power plant

Basically they are building a dual energy 30MW power plant (environmentally friendly though cost $$$ is a consideration) diseal fuel and coalmine methane (what about burial of co2 emissions ?)

Operated by ergon energy and cost $30m - thats reasonable
