You raise a good point. Biogen has nearly US$7 billion in debt, and while they have the infrastructure and expertise to develop 2591 expeditiously, you have to wonder at what point does the bank say its too much?
Once Neuren gets beyond a certain point, you'd have to think it will only be a handful of companies that can lob a suitable bid for Neuren. And I'm talking about the big boys (Pfizer, Roche et al).
