Exactly. The science might be solid, which is why we were all bullish on the company in the first place.
But when you have a management team that fails to create shareholder value, investors don’t get rewarded, we all took huge risks being involved prior to the results, and my condolences to those that even bought in after results, because your already underwater.
Like I said in my posts this week, I expected us to hit 1 cent, but I thought it would happen next week when hundreds of millions of shares hit the market—before the billions more in late March.
Yet here we are. The billions of shares issued at 1.1 cents haven’t even hit the market yet, and we’re already seeing 1 cent. Anyone defending how management handled this has no clue—we’ve been diluted to hell for a short term cash injection when it was completely avoidable.
We’re trading at the same prices as before the so-called "stellar" Phase 2 results—in fact, just one tick above the trading day prior to this release,—and going nowhere fast.
This is a complete disaster from management. If you’ve been "in discussions with multiple companies regarding a partnership for six months, with those discussions ramping up dramatically leading up to the 201 study results", then how about actually securing a deal?
They had every opportunity to create value, and they completely botched it.
