renting, not that bad, page-43

Different angle,I live in a cheap rental ($250 a week) another benefit of living in a small town but that's another story put all my coin in to stocks, wait wait wait and buy house for cash. i live the life and get further ahead then ever owning a mortgage. Long as you invest smart there is major upside and have your pie to. I buy what i want when i want just not up to the JONE'S standard because there is no ego to stoke here.
House prices not going anywhere in a hurry so whats the rush.
