I get you don't understand my point about Change of Control, but Susquehanna certainly have factored in that possibility. If for example, IMU is taken over at 2c share (ie trial results are neither good nor bad), read the Term Sheet, see what conditions are triggered. SH'rs at that time would be doubly screwed.
Susquehanna is a privately held company so you won't always see the details of the deals it does (unless disclosed by the counterparty), but here's a few articles to start your research. Hopefully you'll get the idea of their MO & the type of company Hopper has popped IMU into bed with.
Remember, Susquehanna are traders. They are here to trade IMU shares off the back of this financing deal. Ignore them at your peril.
