I answered your call, so show me the respect and answer mine. Provide a reasonable explanation as to why IMU management raised funds through convertible notes instead of simply waiting until these results were released and raising capital.
If you avoid answering again, then, by default, you admit to everyone here that the results are not commercially impactful.
