I totally agree that NKP cant trade blind.
But its understandable that people want out now. One of several things can eventuate. NKP could lose both farms, neither farm, one farm or some other complicated solution.
Now, if the outcome is good/great, then NKP have done the right thing and protected all holders equally. They relist and the sp is firm or even up.
But if it goes badly and both farms are lost or worse with Anglo(all 5), then sp tanks.
If it were to trade now, neither outcome is definate so the sp would trade somewhere between the two.
Wouldnt it be nice to sell now for 35c before it falls to 25c after a negative outcome?
The suspension is only protecting people if the end outcome is positive. REgardless I dont think its NKPs choice. The ASX wouldnt allow trading with these clouds over head.
Im confident this will end well for NKP, so the correct and only decision has been made.
