The video itself is informative and is reasonably well produced although it is not much more than a simple slide presentation with commentary. The music however is absurd, apparently being cheap muzak played at a volume that is highly intrusive (now there's a geological term). Would have been much better and less expensive if there was no music. Overall, because of the music, it would probably have been better for TMG's shareholders if there was no video at all. Many armchair video creators could have done much better than this at little cost. I think that TMG and its shareholders got dudded. Somebody probably got paid a fat fee just for creating the music, which the video creators appear to think was the most important part of the video. Maybe the video was given to a work experience teenager to mix in the music after the vid was completed, and maybe neither TMG nor the video company has ever heard of quality assurance.

Being associated with seriously low quality is never good for the image of any company, or its SP. In my opinion, the takeaway is that TMG appears to have diluted shareholders apparently for no good reason. Hopefully TMG learns from its mistakes, otherwise some may not have sufficient confidence in TMG's abilities to continue to take them seriously.
