I have just been busy trying to keep everything alive in the garden at the moment still no soaking rain yet.

Had probably 3mm the other day which I won’t complain about but the 43 degree took a toll on many things.

Still getting a few things eggplants, capsicums, tomatoes.

Was it you who had a wicked eggplant lasagne recipe?

Gave one a go, but put too much mince in it, plus top sheets of lasagne pasta were a little hard still.

Will use fresh pasta sheets next time or soak the dried ones first and bit more eggplant less mince.

Plus Made grapes and Jelly dessert.

You been hitting the beach getting a few walks in?
