Hey @amb005. I know you were keen for a partnership instead of this CR. can you give me some numbers of what a acceptable partnership would look like?
as I said earlier, I simply don't think a partner would come in and kindly offer a bucket of cash for a 10-15% interest in MSA. these companies would take the whole cake and leave some crumbs behind for us. You can argue that they sold 40% of alterity for 40M, but little doubt in my mind a partnership would be worse financially. Sure, they might have to partner eventually and give some of the molecule away then, but they will be in a far stronger position if they are further on the path to approval.
at the end of the day, we might find the extra soi scary and disheartening to sit on 10B shares, but I don't think the Americans give a hoot what soi Australia is trading at. Its a couple more million ADR. Big deal. After all, the nasdaq is what really dictates what the asx ATH does....
