Ahhh now I get it! The reason they have driven the company into the ground was because they had no incentives!

A couple hundred grand a year was not incentive enough, nor the idea of building wealth for shareholders, or the idea of gaining respect in the industry or doing what your paid to do... They need incentives people!

Its so obvious to me now, tomorrow I will not do what im paid to do just because I'm paid to do it instead I will do nothing then my boss will give me incentives!
