No offense but some people here are taking things personally.

If things can be taken in a constructive and productive way, then things would flow the way it should be.

If someone disgree with you or have a different viewpoint than you, it does not mean they are wrong and you are right. It's just they are seeing it from the other side.

Usually the view from their side is different from your side, however, the world is sphere - and every view from every angle is right.
