What I am happy about is there will be a vote - I'm hopeful the Board will feel some pressure to explain all the logic behind the CR, including why now, and particularly the path forward - step by step over the next months, and hopefully years.
As a shareholder, I don't feel fully informed. In fact, I feel completely in the dark. And that darkness is currently being filled by uninformed speculation by others in the same darkness which is really not helping - in fact, it's causing too many arguments here. And not helping anyone to make considered and informed decisions about their investment in ATH.
