I never said anyone could buy the shares at 57c, just that the placement would not have happened if there was an escrow.
As for paranoia, I think you are suffering from it.
There are legitimate sellers and buyers, just the sellers are larger at the moment. It will change.
As for bots - who cares. They are irrelevant.
