    The announcement states that: "Trigg is confident that these discussions (on access, etc) can be consummated expediently". It seems that the author of this sentence did not understand the meaning of the word 'expeditiously'
    (namely conveniently, but perhaps somewhat dubiously). Luckily, the CEO has a better grasp of English, and clarified the intended meaning in his comments when he said: "... we are (now) confident that these negotiations can be consummated expeditiously (i.e., quickly and efficiently). I hope that the CEO is right!
