nobody can replace standard care abruptly, any new drug has to be in market for sometime to become standard care , for example Adcetris was approved in 2011 generating income as last line of therapies, it became standard care I believe in 2020 or 2018 (not sure about the dates).... so it takes time... standard care will remain as is, just they loose relevance after sometime...
