Might be a good question to ask on the "hub", I would also expect the pilot plant target construction date to be up in the air regarding timeframe.
But the complexities hurdles in trying to pull something off like are admirable and are to be commended. Let's say completion of pilot plant was finished Q1 26, it really wouldn't be an issue in my books. By such time it should be complimented with grants(announced May) and a few more MOU, possibly binding.
