It could or should
be the Nicholsons Gold project which was owned and operated by Santoro from 2015 to 2023 when it was placed on care and maintenance. It is the only gold processing plant in the Halls Creek area. According to Wins announcement of 4th February Santoro have recently sold the project. When Butchers Creek was operating supplemental ore was trucked to and processed at Nicholsons Find.
Mr Norregaard stated in a recent interview that Win was “ in talks” with the owners of a closed gold processing plant.
