Majority of WA juniors fails, only few become successful. .. My assessment is $1.2 billion cash, and PLS seem still profitable (tiny margin), as long as PLS invest wisely, they will do fine. I am adding at each weakness. No body knows where the bottom is (could be $2 or already at bottom)
