The sooner the company goes into Administration the better in my opinion so we can lodge a class action with ASIC against these deceitful thieves.
I am so over NMS it is not funny. Can it get any worse? I don't think so. The capital raising is a farce and it seems like it is a last ditch attempt to blood sucker some more money out of already badly burnt shareholder to pay back creditors (namely banks and stupidly aquired vendors)
This has been a painful saga for all shareholders concerned and the sooner I see those dirty symbols nms removed from my portfolio the better.
I just want to accept my 60k and move on, however before that I would like to join a class action against these ****s
at the end of the day I will recover from this but mark my words anyone on nms management will never see another cent from me on any other companies they subsequently join to send broke.
What is the best way to instigate a class action against these fools?
