The new tactic by RG Group may be to tempt enough remaining shareholders with his buying at these levels (ie around 1.10 ish) and slightly higher to get over the 90% ;he can then compulsory acquire I guess. Yes I know the prior bid parameters are now irrelevant. Price will determine the success. My stance has not changed ;happy to hold and enjoy the improving company outlook.
