The Ann. Says they need a min. of 60m to survive. If not NAB start selling assets. Clearly, there is zero chance of raising 60m. Who in their right minds would give money to NMS so they can give it to vendors from 3yrs ago acquisitions who have burnt cash since being acquired?

Unfortunately, this raising is dead in the water.

I take this as an early indicator of private equity take over. The question now is who is heading the PE?
