The SP improvement is largely driven by the positive outlook - If you read the numbers that they have provided for the start of calendar 25 in new client wins, and minimal attrition it's a very promising start.
There was probably a bit of nerves about retaining all the staff from the Europe hangover and expenses getting out of hand, but it appears so far that the continued investment in the team has so far proven a smart move. Citigroup also picked CTD as one of their small caps stocks of 2025, so likely their analysts have been all over these numbers and modelled accordingly.
