IMO, I think he was part of the plan to sneak CCP entities into our project on the cheap or creep. Recall they also tried to nick our renewing tenements, which got quickly overturned by the (late) MoM
Those that have entered via the front door are right in control, even if we can be a little disappointed with their entry pricing, so I guess this is CCP cashing in their chips to try again somewhere else
Can't say I'm sorry to see him go; I had expressed my concerns in the past
