@Inzaghi88, I have been reading your posts with interest and some of the others which are also fact/analysis based also and I appreciate the thought and insights. I am a large holder of this stock.
Question for anyone else who is interested to answer, noting mispricing of stocks in the market is a given and the basis for a lot of trading, I am looking at CIA with a current share price of $6.00 such price being a relative low for that company.
As far as I can see from researching CIA which has an adjacent tenement to iron bear, it has 1 billion tonnes of iron ore resource at similar % to CLE, so that CLE's adjacent resource appears to be 16 x Champion's iron ore resources.
Also as another example, FMG is acquiring RHK (90% of it) for $1.20 per share (premium to market of 0.82 per share) where RHK's iron ore reserve is apparently 243m tonnes that is x 65 smaller than CLE's resource and RKH like CLE is not even in production.
If RHK is $1.20 per share at 243 million tonnes, not in production with nothing that I can se that is superior to CLE in terms of resource. how can CLE which has no detractions in terms of ore grade, ease of mining etc possibly be worth less than around $1.00 per share with Vale on board (assuming Vale stays in) and taking that further how could CLE once there is production not ultimately be fairly valued at similar to CIA, noting the underlying factor that stocks are valued at what the market thinks they are valued at, but in terms of actual fair value pricing.
I can't work out why this is not a $1.00 - $5.00 stock without much more than is happening now, or in particular once stage 1 has been completed.
I am trying to reconcile the price gap between CLE and the adjacent CIA and RHK (noting RHK is Aus).
My questions for directors (if that's what you mean) would be, what would it take for CLE to teach $1.50 - $5.00 range, what would be the impediments/risks (apart from macro globals outside of everyones control) for reaching these ranges and what are the directors doing about those impediments/risks. I would like to know why CLE price could not reach CIA's price.
Second question is, I was interested to see if any of the directors have been selling since the announcement on Monday, Is market index the best place to seek this information and would it appear there if they did. If not, how otherwise would one find out.
