Rex Connors plans for our mining and natural gas pipelines were very well thought out.If he had not MISLED Parliarment his plans to borrow monies from the Oil Rich countries at a cheaper rate than Conventional borrowing, Australians may have owned more than we do at the moment. I class Rex Connor as one who was outstanding in the Whitlam government. He also wanted to process a lot of our ores in Australia and sell the finished product.
