I didn't ask about water. CE said he wasn't going to mention it in the talk but proceeded to give a quick 30 second run down. These conferences are video recorded and presentations made available. Not great for those who cannot attend but better than nothing ... perhaps.
Water does seem to be a good asset to have in this neck of the woods (and most everywhere) so to be in what appears to be the box seat definitely should play out well for Huasco and HCH if all the stars align. Perhaps a little easier than getting a mine or two or three up and running. Glass half full version from me but could play out very well IMO.
