We've seen that a few times before, always looked like it is finally moving upwards and then ran out of steam the same / next day.
Account receivables need to be transferred / converted into $$$ reported into the real bank account, that will provide the fuel for lift off.
Still patience required but the $$$ millions are coming, latest by September / December.
