I think he got part of what he wanted and they will find a way enact the rest of the clauses that force hastings out.... yes we were broke but he was also the one preventing funding behind the scenes to allow us to move forward all so he could apply pressure on the notes for this sort of outcome. Seems to be the classic twiggy play, find ways to hinder the competition/small players out of business to pick them up pennies on the dollar. Prime example is purchasing tenements around projects just to prevent expansion with no intention of doing anything with said tenement in some cases completely unrelated industry like the green energy project proposed in the Gascoyne he boxed them in with tenements just to prevent any future stages of the project which ultimately meant the project had no future beyond stage one so developers pulled out. I think he is a snake that conducts inside the law but unconscionable business practices.
