My main concern is the use of "offtake" in lieu of one of purchases which has given the wrong impression on the previous announcements (which is probably my fault for not reading in between the lines). The only offtake we have signed is the JV to PURCHASE material FROM Technografit.

Who do you think the first 400 tonne is sold to? Have you heard of Grafitbergbau in your DD before buying EVG shares?
