Getting rid of the convertible note hanging over its head is positive for HAS, but at what cost? Remember the convertible notes were to buy Neo, which Twiggy now gets, and effectively picks up 60% of the project for free in addition. Great deal for him, but CL and the HAS Board should hang their head in shame. With development of the project now transferring to Wyloo, it's time for the Board to go.
