From what we have seen so far, the "buy back" is misleading.
I think the balance sheet has.crafted to maximize retention of cash.
The absence of an effective buyback may be also about maximizing retention of cash.
If we can believe the statements in the announcement the intention of the BoD is to keep MGX in the mining game (not close up shop and liquidate). Hopefully the BoD's stated intention is fair dinkum and the small investors are not being misled.
