CVI might not care but the market is eager for the long awaited clinical trials for VAXINIA and especially OASIS as evident by the over 2B shares traded in total after the excellent clinical trial for VAXINIA only 14 months ago.
Why would PH knowingly choose to dilute his 500M holding by another 600M unnecessarily with IMU close to T/O when the CR wasn't required right now unless he know these updates will be released in 2-4 months??? The CR was a good deal so PH pull the trigger early (as suggested by multiple stock articles that this wasn't the usual CN) as IMU only need fund for only a few quarter to end of this year.
