Who are you “gc2016” ? You appear to be confused and assume the market cap should be reflected in the risk adjusted NPV. I hope the HCH share price goes down ! When the value of an issue goes up and the share price goes down due to market conditions, this is the most fun you can have as a speculator in the commodity development space. If the price was $3 your opinion would be finally vindicated and you would be late to the party. It’s risk adjusted math not ego that makes profit via speculation. Speculation in this space requires the ability to purchase well below the risk adjusted NPV. If you do NOT know that number, (by your comment - clearly you do not) - please sell and stop playing the victim. Return once you educate yourself and then maybe you can make a profit speculating in this space.
