Probably a good idea to start a buyback, but I'd hardly consider the buyback equal to a return via dividend. Annualising the 9c dividend with franking is 4%. Bonds give you a better and safer return than this.
Good luck with your $15 price prediction. Your one 2-3 years ago didn't pan out. Can't see this one panning out either.
Once again, I don't short. Not my style of investing, but the shorts got this one right regardless.
