It really is a sign of Apollo's committment that they wish to have first right of refusal to buy the shares off all key staff should they ever wish to sell.
We are seeing a re-rating occur to the shareprice right now.
As I mentioned the other week, I spoke with someone at HFA and they confirmed that Apollo are VERY serious about ramping up new funds into the business.
