not so sure I would agree with that. BOW hasnt announced any drilling, and VPE havent had operatorship long enough to make a difference with a reserves statement.
I would have thought it was more in relation to their waloon program with QGC as they had announced a DST late last year which would correspond with an upgrade about now.
Just my thoguhts (hopefully I get this one right :)
