    I have a question. AVZ received in 2023 emergency orders regarding PR13359 and 15775. Cominiere has to pay 50/100 k€ per day for non compliance. AVZ is currently trying to get the money via the ICC. With that happening Cominiere has a potential threat to be forced to pay a huge amount of money any day. Isn't that a going concern issue for their auditor? Maybe here is a finance manager with a better understanding than me what that means and is able to explain it to me. Thank you!
