I sold 17,050 TLZ shares in August 2009 and now trying to stitch together the history of how I acquired them for the 2009/10 tax returns.
My records lost from before 2001 but I recollect they used to be know as Min-Tech (MTC)
Trying to find out if that is the case and does anyone know if there were free issues, dilutions etc. from the changeover or as a softener for those who stayed around with TLZ.
I would appreciate any feedback even if it just a link to some research I can do.
