Oooh, too tempting. I just let someone have a few of my options at $0.21 - couldn't resist. Someone's getting a bit excited on a partnership....the stock is looking a little thin on the offer understandably.

Do consider people, that options are a double edged sword. Yes if we get a deal and the stock above $0.65 they will be in the money and we in glee, but also the company makes a nice lot of capital off them on new share issue. There will be some 97,000,000 new shares on market (presently 390 million). A lot of investors will have forked out X times $0.65 to buy the stock. Some shareholders may have to sell a proportion of X stock on market to pay back the funds needed....

The company is as much the winner from options as the shareholders it extolled the benefits to, make no mistake - if the share price north of $0.65 on expiry. Ultimately it all results in shareholders giving the company more money via a raise, be it options initially issued or shares. Options just sound so much more inviting when marketed by companies as bonuses to shareholders, as PAR have. Their exercise admittedly predicated on some successful achievements by the company reflected in the share price.
